If I could give a 10 star, I would!!! Joyce was just AMAZING from the get go. From the moment she called me, till my refinancing, she was always readily available and guided me all the way. Patiently answered all my questions, some repeated, listened to what I needed and made it happen. This was very important to me, as I had very specific requirements, some of which probably not what Joyce would normally recommend. She made settlement happen on the day I wanted and the rate and term I needed. She listened to my needs, which a lot of brokers don’t. They turn to bulldozer all over you and think they know the best. There was panic and stress on settlement day which she handled like a pro.
